Kaspars Dubra (born 20 December 1990) is a professional football player from Latvia. He plays as a centre back and defensive midfielder. His current club is Skonto FC. Previously he played for Olimps/RFS. He has great scoring ability for defender.
He was selected as the best Virsliga player of July 2010, the only defender that season. At the end of it he was also included in the team of the tournament. In the 2009-2010 season Dubra made 19 league appearances for Skonto, scoring 5 goals. On November 19 it was announced that Dubra would go on trial with Premier League club Blackpool. Many Polish Ekstraklasa clubs are interested in him.
Dubra was firstly called up for the national team for the friendly match against China in Kunming when he was only 19 and he also made his national team debut then, coming on as a subtitute in the 90th minute.
